Absolutely a company to keep away from there clothes are cheap copies. I bought a gorgio armani gown off these crooks for nearly £100 .After just 3 months the dye started to come out. I complained to these crooks.guess what neither they or armani could do about it.genuine garments don't run.now chasing these clowns through small claims court. Be warned after they've sold a item to you .they don't want to know.been contacted by company wanting verification of oder 2 weeks ago ? still waiting after seeing 1star wanting to know why.

I have been a customer of underu.com for years. I am no longer. I found their 2021 Black Friday offering to be a joke, black underwear only!

The item I buy several times per year is usually exempt from offers, is the dearest when compared to other retailers and/or out-of-stock.

I have unsubscribed so as to not be reminded each time they have offers.

So much for loyalty.

Customer service thought they were cute when I asked them for assistance. They were just patronising, which wasn’t welcome.

The reason for two stars is explained above but I've since removed another star for stepping into my day unnecessarily, 6-months after the fact.

I received no further response to my reply echoing your Xmas and New Year wishes, therefore, you are somewhat incorrect. I have no idea of the £10 you mention, you made no attempt at saving this or future orders.

Thank you for the reminder, I've now advised my parents to also refrain from using you, they've placed as many orders, possibly more for the same as Xmas and birthday stocking fillers through the product being my daily drivers for longer than we have been your customers.

Ordered on the 10th november, paid for next day delivery they have taken payment got a dispatch notification on the 11th I have emailed to ask where my parcel is. Had no response. This was a birthday gift which is still not here

Update:
After looking into this royal mail delivered this into the waste paper bin which underu are investigating as to why and signed it off Under the delivery name. They have refunded me the delivery charge out of a good will of gesture, which is nice of them natalie was very helpful their for back to a 5 star review for me. As the company was not at fault was the carrier

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my item and it was quickly changed. The customer service was very efficient and so was the delivery of my item very pleased with this business would highly recommend.

Really fast delivery.. And refunds are immediate if returning goods. And the prices are the most reasonable I have found when surfing.. A definite thumbs up from me!

Spent £179 with this company, sent back items for a refund, never received notification they had been refunded so had to chase. They claimed the refund had been processed 18th May, nearly a month later, no refund! Not good!!
